Is Rick Green a Fraud and a Thief?

Rick Green made an agreement with my wife and I to pay us 12% per week on our Bitcoin value (21.265BTC) that we have invested with him for 1 year on 12 May 2017. To date he only paid one partial payment and never again. Since we did not get paid, we compounded our earnings for the past 10 weeks sending him ample notifications of such, and requested payment again after our investment amount reached 66BTC+. Rick Green is not honoring his agreement with us and is stalling by his ridiculous requests that has nothing to do with the agreement we made. I've reached out to all of the admins on the Group page of MCF and none of them have had the integrity or the courage to confront Rick Green with the evidence I provided and to try and get a response from him to give his proof of what he was saying. It goes to show integrity in our online money making world is extremely hard to find. Just like all the other MCF members my wife and I trusted Rick with our hard earned money, and because I confronted him when he did not stick to his word which he gave multiple times, he became offended and that offence turned into hate and resentment. All he has now is false accusations and name calling. He has yet to provide any proof of any of his claims.

Longer Version
(I tried not to mention stuff that is not relevant)

I started my journey with Rick Green and his MyCryptoForex on 25 March 2017 after he's been going for a few weeks. Someone I know convinced me to get involved since Rick Green appeared to follow my example of being transparent and trustworthy.

I chatted to Rick on previous occasions since he was involved in my ZarFund program and we became what appeared to be good friends. He used to tell me what a great example I was to him and that I was instrumental in him starting his own program.

I got a liking in the guy and wanted to support him however I could. I'm of the mindset "go big or go home", so I jumped in with 10.1 bitcoin to receive 12% per week from his program with the understanding if I have any issues his door would be open to me anytime.

After week 1 I received payment and noticed then that the 12% was not calculated on the BTC value but rather on the Dollar value, so I got less than what I anticipated. I decided not to make much of it, but made sure I mention it on the group so that others don't get caught by surprise like I got surprised by it. It is nowhere mentioned on the Facebook group or on any of the documentation that this is how it works. If it is mentioned then it is obviously amended since the last time I was able to gain access to the documentation and the Facebook group.

I also convinced my wife to get involved and she followed my lead and invested 10.1 bitcoins of her own money while I invested another 1 btc and change to bring our total investment with Rick Green to 21.265 BTC.

After a few weeks of earnings this 12% on the dollar value bothered me enough that I approached Rick and renegotiated with him to give us 12% per week on our Bitcoin value since I worked out that some weeks because of the growth of Bitcoin we would not make money but lose money because he paid on the dollar value. Generally our BTC would grow by less than 2% per week when the interest was calculated on the Dollar value. That made my jaw drop. He agreed to the deal to pay us 12% on the BTC value rather than on the dollar value. An agreement he is not sticking to as he has not paid us for quite some time and is blocking my communications to him on all angles and I know he is too afraid to dialogue with me in public. When the next payment came, I realized Rick paid me the 12% on the BTC value but he failed to pay the 12% on my wife's BTC. I queried him about that and then he mentioned that he is only willing to pay me on the BTC value and not on my wife's amount. To make a long story short, that Friday Rick Green agreed to pay our 21.265 BTC back to us by the next Monday since we could not reach an agreement. Rick Green multiple times promised that I have his "WORD" that it will be paid at the latest on Monday. On that Monday evening after waiting the whole day for the payments to reflect on our bitcoin wallets, I saw that Rick came online on Facebook and asked him if I still have his "WORD" that payments would happen on that day, which was Monday according to his "WORD" that he gave.

Rick did not bother to reply that Monday, I then asked him again the next morning regarding the payment when I could see he was online and was available to reply to my messages. He again ignored my messages and did not get back to me. I then warned him that if he can't stick with his "WORD" then I will need to get attorneys involved to contact the Australian government to get this resolved. (That message was purely to get his attention as I could see he was online) The message worked to get his attention because Rick Green immediately responded after that message with threatening not to pay me and that he would take our money. He also used as an excuse that his dog was missing for 3 days. On the group however he mentioned that even while his dog was missing for 3 days they were still able to trade successfully and able to do all the payments. I was also unceremoniously removed from the group and they (Rick Green and Sandeep Sharma) posted lies on the group telling that I threatened Rick Green that I would tell lies of him on Facebook/Social Media. Some of the replies on those posts by others were quite shocking and revealing at the same time.

To make a long story short again. Rick Green and I made a deal where I promised to leave our 21.265 BTC with him for 1 year if he agreed to pay us 12% on the BTC value per week and after the 1 year term, he would pay us back our original 21.256 BTC. Rick Green and my wife and I agreed in writing to the deal. You can see the agreement on the Blog page. The following week everyone else got paid around Wednesday and we got paid on the Friday, but I saw that we were not paid the whole amount as agreed upon. So I queried Sandeep Sharma who apparently does all the payouts, since Rick Green ignored me flat and did not reply to me at all. Sandeep Sharma agreed to pay the missing funds to my account, using an excuse that the outstanding amount was for fees. The fees were more than $100 on the transaction to give you an indication. He never paid the outstanding as he agreed.

The following week we did not get paid, and Rick Green was totally ignoring me as usual. We decided to compound our investment for a few weeks since that is an option for members who invest with him. After compounding for 10 weeks our investment grew to 66.035 btc (excluding the outstanding amount which Sandeep Sharma agreed to pay but never did). I've notified both Sandeep Sharma and Rick Green on Facebook as well as on all the email addresses I have of Rick Green of our intention to compound and that if there is no reply indicating otherwise then we accept that he has no problem in compounding our investment.

A few days ago Rick Green blocked me on Facebook so I've been cut off from communicating with him (not that it helped much). Sandeep Sharma is ignoring me just as Rick Green for the past few months. I do know I'm on Rick Green's mind because he mentions me every now and then, calling me a liar and an idiot. I tend to focus on the good side of people and on things that strengthen their character. I won't stoop so low to call him names, I leave it up to you to decide if Rick Green is a Fraud and a Thief. What if this happened to you?

Please give me feedback, I'm curious to know what the community thinks of this and what would you do if/when this happens to you. I would also like to know what my options are if I decide to take this further. I have a copy of his passport but some of the important information is scratched out. His company documents are actually useless since all it is, is the registration of the name. There are no legal documents of the registration of the actual company that I know of. If there is I'd be happy to receive a copy of those or any other relevant documents.

A lot of people I spoke to is very scared of Rick Green, and for good reason, because it seems he likes taking your money (stealing) and calling you names if you go against him. For that reason, I keep all communications from members or others in the strictest confidence and private. It takes a lot of courage and strength of character to stand up for what is right.
